All Charmed by Rana orders are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. We ship via USPS First Class Mail within the United States. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Charmed by Rana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
